I designed a test manifold for impulse testing of parts at The Lee Company, a precision fluid control company in Westbrook, CT. This new manifold allowed for an increase in the capabilities of current impulse testing, which would result in greater variability of testing options and an increased testing efficiency.

Tests and measurements of the existing design were done to determine constraints on a new design. Concept sketches were done by hand and then realized using SolidWorks CAD. Stress analysis was calculated by hand and then checked through SolidWorks Simulation.
